§ 11131. Recount.

If the tabulation indicates that a difference in votes is two percent (2%) or less, the Commission shall

conduct a recount of the votes. At the end of the recount all ballots shall be returned to the precinct envelopes

and resealed with the majority of the Commission writing their names across the seal. The result of the

recount shall immediately be made public as a recount.
