§ 1112. Pending Proceedings not Affected; Savings Clause.
This Act shall not affect actions or proceedings brought by or
against any department, officer or other agency, the functions,
powers and duties of which have been transferred by this Act, and
pending on the effective date of this Act, but such actions or
proceedings may be prosecuted or defended by the Department,
officer or agency to which such transfer has been made hereunder,
as if the foregoing provisions had not taken effect.
