§ 11119. Delivery of Certification of Election.

As soon as the Election Commission certifies the results of the election, it shall cause to be posted on

the outside of the Election Return Center or the Commission’s office a certificate showing the results of the

votes cast. The final certificates shall be signed by a majority of the members of the Election Commission.
