§ 1109. Transfer of Officers and Employees.

All officers and employees of the Department of Finance and Department of Commerce engaged in

performing functions herein transferred shall be transferred to the Department of Revenue and Taxation.

The Director, in the interest of improved departmental management and subject to the approval of the

Director of Administration, shall have the power to abolish unnecessary offices and positions.
