§ 106602. International Banking Corporations Incorporated in the United States.

Any international banking corporation incorporated within any state, territory or possession of the

United States may maintain a branch office within Guam, subject to the regulations of the banking and

insurance board; provided however that such international banking corporation may not conduct a domestic

banking business on Guam.
