§ 106102. Payment of Items.
So long as the balance in any account subject to withdrawal by or upon the order of a depositor shall
equal or exceed the amount of any item presented for payment, a bank may select from items which in the
aggregate exceed the balance, the items to be paid in any order convenient to the bank.
