§ 10301. Information Not Stored on Magnetic Media
Format.
An agency may make information, covered by Article 1 of
this Chapter that is not stored on magnetic media, available to
the general public on magnetic media and charge a fee for such
service. Such fees shall be based on the cost of such services,
and subject to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication
Law.
