§ 1028. Children and Youth Sunday.
The fourth Sunday of April in each year shall be known as Children and Youth Sunday and is made a
special day during which people of Guam will consider the needs and accomplishments of the children and
youth of Guam. I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan shall issue a proclamation calling upon the people of
Guam to observe such event and shall appoint a committee to plan and make appropriate arrangements for
the observance of said day.
