§ 102301. Prescribed Procedure: Powers of Commissioner.

Before denying, suspending, or revoking any license issuable or issued

under the provisions of this Division, the Commissioner shall proceed as

prescribed by the Administrative Adjudication Law, and the Commissioner

shall have all the powers granted therein.
