§ 10146. This Chapter to Prevail.
The provisions of Title 5, Chapter 32, Guam Code Annotated, entitled,
Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act, shall not be
applicable to this chapter and to the extent any of the provisions of this
chapter are inconsistent or conflict with the provisions of the Deceptive
Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act or any other provision of law,
the terms of this chapter shall prevail and control.
