§ 10144. Applicability to Government of Guam and Its Agencies.

Claims against the government of Guam and its agencies are governed

by the Government Claims Act. Thus, this chapter does not apply to claims

against the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority or other health care institu-

tions established by the government of Guam.
