§ 1. Territory.
As used in this Code, Territory means Guam.
2024 NOTE: As enacted, this provision stated: “As used in this Code, Territory means the territory of Guam.” Pursuant to
1 GCA § 420, which was “intended to prohibit, among other things, official government use of the term territory of Guam in
any statute, resolution, official government act or document,” the Compiler has omitted “the territory of” from this
publication.
