§ 160. Victim’s Right to Receive Notices.
Victims and surviving immediate family members shall be informed of
their right to receive notices and the procedure to receive notices pursuant to
this Chapter. Victims and/or surviving immediate family members shall
have the right to request to receive notices provided for under this Chapter
by filing a request with the Office of the Attorney General, at any time.
After a request has been filed, the Office of the Attorney General shall be
responsible for informing other departments or agencies of the government
to provide further notices as may be provided in this Chapter to the victim
and/or surviving immediate family members, as the case may be.
