§ 8208. Communication of Promise.
Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who communicates any offer
made in violation of the preceding § 8207 to any person with intent to
induce him or her to vote for, or to procure or aid in procuring the election
of, the nominee or candidate making the offer.
