§ 11107. Delivery of Ballots to Election Return Center.
The locked ballot box, accompanied by the roster, all documents, all endorsements, and all ballots,
including spoiled ballots, unused and defaced ballots, and rejected defective ballots shall be brought to the
Election Return Center for tabulation. A representative of each political party, as authorized by the
Commission, may accompany the locked ballot boxes and all other documents, supplies and materials from
the precinct to the Election Return Center.
