§ 3202. Payment When Amount Disputed.
In case of a dispute over wages resulting in, or existing at the time of, termination of employment, the
employer shall give notice to the employees and the Director of Labor of the amount of wages which he
concedes to be due and the same shall be payable without any conditions whatsoever at the time fixed by §
3201, and the acceptance by the employees of such payment shall not constitute a release or accord and
satisfaction with respect to the disputed amount.
