§ 3111. Violations; Penalty.

Any employer who intentionally hinders or delays the Commissioner or his authorized representative

in the performance of his duties in the enforcement of this Chapter; or who intentionally refused to admit

the Director of Labor or his authorized representative to any place of employment; or who fails to keep any

record required under the provisions of § 3110 or who refuses to make such records accessible or to give

information required for the proper enforcement of this Chapter, upon demand, to the Director of Labor or

his authorized representative shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
