§ 29157. Consent of Both Spouses on Transfer or Encum-
brance of Registered Community Property.
Community property registered under this Law as such
cannot be transferred, mortgage, encumbered, or otherwise

disposed of by the registered owner thereof without the written
consent of both spouses, which written consent shall be recorded
and filed with the registrar.
