§ 2112. Amusements, Denial Admittance.
Any person who is refused admission to any place of amusement
contrary to the provisions of the last preceding Section, is entitled to recover
from the proprietor, lessee, or their agents, or from any such person,
corporation, or association, or the directors thereof, his actual damages, and
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in addition thereto.
