§ 11108. Regulations.

The Commissioner may make, subject to the approval of the Governor

and promulgation by the Executive Order, regulations for the

implementation of this Chapter which may include but shall not be limited

to the following:

(a) Definitions of occupations that are hazardous or detrimental to

the life, health, morals, safety or well-being of minors;

(b) Conditions and requirements for issuance of employment

certificates for minors;

(c) Working conditions and circumstances under which minors

below the age of sixteen (16) years may be employed or permitted to

work as dancers, singers, musicians, entertainers, motion picture or

theatrical performers.
