§ 7119. Laws Governing Foreign Corporations.
Any foreign corporation not formed, organized or existing under the
laws of Guam shall be bound by all laws, rules and regulations applicable
to domestic corporations of the same class, save and except such only as
provided for the creation, formation, organization, or dissolution of
corporations or such as fix the qualifications, relations, liabilities,
responsibilities, or duties of members, stockholders, directors, or officers of
the corporation to each other or to the corporation; provided, however, that
nothing in this Section shall be construed to exempt any foreign
corporation from compliance with the Business License Law, Division 3,
Title 11 of the Guam Code, Annotated.
