§ 28104. Fees.
(a) The application fee shall vary based on the number of
employed or contracted drivers operating for the company applying
for the license. The fee amounts shall be as follows:
(1) $100.00 for companies employing or contracting
with ten (10) or fewer drivers;
(2) $500.00 for companies employing or contracting
with eleven (11) to twenty-one (21) drivers;
(3) $1000.00 for companies employing or contracting
with twenty-two (22) to forty (40) drivers; and
(4) $1,500.00 for companies employing or contracting
with forty-one (41) or more drivers.
(b) The application fee prescribed by this Section shall be
paid to the Department at the time of submitting both the initial and
the renewal of license applications.
