§ 8111. Assistant General Manager for Operations and Distribution.

(a) The General Manager, with the consent of the Board, shall appoint an Assistant General Manager

for Operations and Distribution, who shall serve at the pleasure of the General Manager and the Board.

(b) The Assistant General Manager for Operations and Distribution shall be entitled to receive

compensation to be determined by the General Manager with the approval of the Board.

(c) Such Assistant General Manager shall devote his entire time to the business of the Authority and

shall have full charge and control, subject to the control of the General Manager and the Board of all

operation and distribution of the Authority.

(d) Such Assistant General Manager shall have such other duties as may be designated by the General

Manager.
