§ 8102. Definitions.
As used in this Chapter, unless otherwise indicated:
(a) “Authority” means the Guam Power Authority.
(b) “Board” means the Consolidated Commission on Utilities established in Chapter 79 of Title
12 of the Guam Code Annotated.
(c) “Director” means a Commissioner of the Consolidated Commission on Utilities.
