§ 4212. Qualifications for Interest Free Loan Program.

(a) Prior to applying at a Financial Institution for an Interest

Free Loan under this Article, the applicant shall first receive an

eligibility letter from GHC.

(b) To qualify for the Interest Free Loan program, an

individual or family must meet the income requirements

established herein and demonstrate repayment ability.

(c) Any applicant, who intentionally supplies false

information on the application for funds under any of the

programs established in this Article shall automatically be

disqualified from such program. In the event that funds are

disbursed by GHC on behalf of such an applicant, there shall be

penalty interest as set by GHC charged on the amount disbursed.
