§ 7201. Qualifications of Members.

Each member of the Board must:

(a) be licensed to practice medicine pursuant to Article 2 of

Chapter 12, Title 10, Guam Code Annotated; and

(b) have at least five (5) years of experience in the practice of

medicine at the time of his appointment.
