§ 3604. Same: Forfeiture.

Upon receiving a written report of the seizure of alcoholic beverages, vehicles or other property subject

to seizure under the provisions of this Article the Attorney General shall institute proceedings in the

Superior Court and have the seized property declared forfeited to the government.
