§ 3517. Same: Power to Administer Oaths.
The members of the Board, the Administrator and the persons employed by the Board and the
Administrator for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of the Chapter shall have the
authority to administer and certify oaths in the administration and enforcement of this Chapter.
