§ 3502. Same: Ineligibility.
A person is ineligible for membership on the Board who:
(a) Is or becomes interested, directly or indirectly in any business involving the importation,
manufacture or sale or alcoholic beverages.
(b) Advocates, or is identified or connected with any organization or association which advocates
prohibition.
(c) Is an incumbent of elective office or presents himself as a candidate for election to a public
office.
(d) Is or undertakes to serve as an officer or committee member of any political party or
organization.
(e) Has not reached the age of twenty-five (25) years.
