§ 3413. of this Chapter as a second offense. The Board shall revoke the license of any licensee found guilty

of violating § 3413 of this Chapter as a third offense.

(d) The Board shall suspend an Alcohol Employee’s license for seven days for a first offense of §

3231(c) and (d), and/or § 3230, of this Chapter; a suspension of an Alcohol Employee’s license for fourteen

days and a One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150) fine for a second offense; and revocation of an Alcohol

Employee’s license for the third offense.
