§ 3314. Same: Notice Given.

In addition to referring the application to the Administrator, the Board shall immediately mail notice

of the application to the Chief of Police, Director of Public Health and Social Service, Attorney General,

Planning Commission, and the Mayor of the municipality in which the premises for which the license is

sought are located.
