§ 3215. Same: Wholesaler.

(a) A person holding a wholesale dealer’s license is authorized to import into or to purchase in Guam

from a manufacturer or other wholesale licensee, the alcoholic beverages specified by the Board and to sell

such alcoholic beverages to persons holding licenses authorizing them to resell such alcoholic beverages.

(b) In addition, a person holding a wholesale dealer’s license is authorized to export or sell alcoholic

beverages to any person holding a valid retail or wholesale license under the Business License Law for

export.

(c) In addition, a person holding a wholesale dealer’s license is authorized to sell sacramental wine to

a religious organization for use in the religious rites of such organization and to sell alcoholic beverages to

a consul general, consul or vice-consul of a foreign country for private use and consumption even though

such religious organization or representative of a foreign government is not a licensee.

(d) In addition, a person holding a wholesale dealer’s license is authorized to export or sell alcoholic

beverages to a non-licensee for export.
