§ 3104. Alcoholic Beverage.

“Alcoholic beverage” means beer, distilled spirits or wine and every liquid or solid which contains

one-half (1/2) of one per cent (1%) or more of alcohol by volume and which is fit for beverage purposes

either alone or when combined with other substances.
