§ 2216. Suspension and Revocation of License.

The Director is authorized to suspend or revoke the license of any

public weighmaster when a licensed public weighmaster has been

convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction of violating any

provision of this Chapter or of any regulation issued under authority of

this Chapter.
