§ 2207. Public Weighmaster. Oath, Seal.

Each public weighmaster shall, before entering upon his duties,

make oath to execute faithfully his duties. The issuance of a license as a

public weighmaster shall not obligate the Territory to pay to the licensee

any compensation for his services as a public weighmaster. Each public

weighmaster shall, at his own expense, provide himself with an

impression seal. His name and the words Territory of Guam shall be

inscribed around the outer margin of the seal and words public

weighmaster shall appear in the center thereof. The seal shall be

impressed upon each weight certificate issued by a public weighmaster.
