§ 704. Actions Affected by This Code.

No action or proceedings commenced before this Code, or any individual Title thereof, takes effect,

and no right accrued is affected by its provisions, but proceedings therein must conform to the requirements

of this Code, or any particular Title thereof, as far as possible.
