§ 49-7-3. Persons to whom agencies may offer services.
Within the limitations of the funds available to such agencies, all agencies are authorized to offer family-planning services to any person who is in any one or more of the following classifications: Married; The parent of at least one child; Pregnant; or Requesting such services.
