§ 44-9-90. Petition for construction of tramway.
Any person or corporation desiring to build or construct any tramway to connect with any waterway or railway in this state for the purpose of transporting lumber, naval stores, and timber by means of the same may make application in writing to the judge of the probate court or the county commissioners of the county in which the tramway is to be located, which application shall set out the length of the tramway, the starting place and the terminus, and the line of its location. Knight, 89 Ga. 111 , 14 S.E. 882 (1892).
