§ 43-35-6. Eligibility for appointment to board.

To be eligible for appointment to the board, a person must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of this state and, except for the person appointed from the public at large, must: Hold a license issued under the provisions of this chapter; and Have actively practiced or taught podiatry for at least five years. (Code 1981, § 43-35-6 , enacted by Ga. L. 1994, p. 1375, § 1.)
