§ 32-4-74. Applicability of other laws to this part.

Except as indicated to the contrary in this part, Chapter 91 of Title 36 shall not apply to this part. (Code 1933, § 95A-830, enacted by Ga. L. 1973, p. 947, § 1; Ga. L. 2000, p. 498, § 14; Ga. L. 2001, p. 4, § 32; Ga. L. 2001, p. 820, § 7.) Code Commission notes. - The amendment of this Code section by Ga. L. 2001, p. 4, § 32, irreconcilably conflicted with and was treated as superseded by Ga. L. 2001, p. 820, § 7. See County of Butts v. Strahan, 151 Ga. 417 (1921).
