§ 26-5-60. Central registry.
To prevent simultaneous enrollment of a patient in more than one program, all programs shall comply with the policies and participate in the central registry operated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Programs shall comply with the rules and regulations of the department regarding the central registry. (Code 1981, § 26-5-60 , enacted by Ga. L. 2017, p. 307, § 1/SB 88.)
