§ 244. Reimbursement for Payment of Disability Benefits.

A provider of disability benefits who requests reimbursement shall file Form WC-244 with the Board, and shall serve a copy on all counsel and unrepresented parties. Form WC-244 shall provide supporting documentation including the policy/plan provision authorizing the provider to obtain reimbursement and an explanation of any dispute and shall be submitted to the Board by the party seeking reimbursement during the pendency of the claim. Note as to Revisions. - The revision effective July 1, 2012, designated the existing provisions as subsection (a) and added subsection (b).
