§ 20-3-360. Definitions.

As used in this subpart, the term: "Eligible student" means a person: Whose family income is considered economically disadvantaged, based on criteria established by the commission; and Who meets any academic or other standards established by the commission. "Qualified institution" means an institution of the university system. (Code 1981, § 20-3-360 , enacted by Ga. L. 2018, p. 650, § 10/HB 787.)
