§ 20-2-2071. Validity of charters in effect on July 1, 1998.

Any charter which was granted pursuant to Code Section 20-2-255 and is in effect on July 1, 1998, shall continue to be valid until such charter expires according to its terms. (Code 1981, § 20-2-2071 , enacted by Ga. L. 1998, p. 1080, § 3.) Editor's notes. - Code Section 20-2-255, referred to in this Code section, was repealed by Ga. L. 1998, p. 1080, § 1, effective July 1, 1998.
