§ 15-12-43. 1. Review of county master jury list.

On and after July 1, 2012, upon the request of a party or his or her attorney, the clerk shall make available for review by such persons the county master jury list. (Code 1981, § 15-12-43.1 , enacted by Ga. L. 2011, p. 59, § 1-21/HB 415.) Editor's notes. - Ga. L. 2011, p. 59, § 1-1/HB 415, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: "This Act shall be known and may be cited as the 'Jury Composition Reform Act of 2011.'"
