§ 15-11-4. Other laws apply to chapter.
Where procedures are not provided in this chapter, the court shall proceed in accordance with: Title 17 in a delinquency proceeding; and Chapter 11 of Title 9 in all other matters. (Code 1981, § 15-11-4 , enacted by Ga. L. 2013, p. 294, § 1-1/HB 242.)
