§ 11-4A-107. Federal Reserve regulations and operating circulars.

Regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and operating circulars of the federal reserve banks supersede any inconsistent provision of this article to the extent of the inconsistency. (Code 1981, § 11-4A-107 , enacted by Ga. L. 1992, p. 2685, § 4; Ga. L. 2002, p. 415, § 11.) The 2002 amendment, effective April 18, 2002, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, revised capitalization in this Code section.
