§ 10-1-831. Required information from operators.

Before accepting any entrant's fee, all operators shall provide to each entrant a written document in at least ten-point type clearly containing only the following information: Name, address, and telephone number of the operator; Name, address, and telephone number of the individual or officer of the organization having full responsibility for the conducting of the pageant; Names of pageants customarily promoted by the operator; Name and address of individual authorized to accept service of process; Name, address, and telephone number of the financial institution in which the entrants' fees are held; Name, address, and telephone number of the surety company maintaining the bond required by Code Section 10-1-832; and A statement which reads as follows: "The State of Georgia requires bonding or escrow of pageants conducted for the profit of operators." (Code 1981, § 10-1-831 , enacted by Ga. L. 1992, p. 3256, § 1; Ga. L. 1994, p. 1165, § 2.)
