§ 4-11-34. Powers and duties of Commissioner.
For purposes of enforcing the provisions of this article, the Commissioner: May investigate any offense under this article; May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of such investigations; and Shall coordinate such investigation, to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.
