§ 26-2-247. Enforcement of article generally.
The Commissioner shall be charged with the enforcement of this article; and he shall have the power and authority, in connection with this and other provisions dealing with milk, food, or food products, to revoke or cancel the permit or license of any person doing business in this state who violates the laws of this state or the rules and regulations made pursuant thereto. The enforcement methods authorized by this article shall be cumulative of those provided otherwise by law, and the same are not superseded by this article. (Ga.
